STAY
Is it possible to leave my luggage somewhere until I check-in or after check-out?
We accept baggage storage on the day of check-in and after check-out. Please be aware that baggage storage during your stay must be picked up by the check-out date.
Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
You can store your luggage in advance before check-in. Please write your "reservation number", "check-in date", and "guest name" clearly on the luggage tag so that the hotel staff can understand. *Please note that we cannot accept items such as valuables, cash on delivery, or items that cannot be stored at room temperature.
Can I do an early check-in or late check-out?
Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in is possible from 2:00 PM and late check-out is possible until 12:00 PM for an additional fee of 1,000 yen per hour per room, subject to availability on the day. (Please note that we may not be able to accept requests during busy periods or when the room is being cleaned.)
Can I pay by cashless payment?
We only accept cash or credit cards. The credit cards that can be used are VISA, MASTER, DC, NICOS, UFJ, JCB, AMEX, DINERS, DISCOVER, and UnionPay (please inquire at the time of use).
What is the children's rates and the age limit for accompanying children?
Children under 6 years old can stay for free. One child can sleep with one bed. * Please note that we do not provide amenities such as towels and pajamas for accompanying children.
Is it possible for minors to stay alone?
If the guest is under 18 years old and is either 16 years old or a high school student, we ask for the submission of a consent form if they are not accompanied by an adult. For underage guests, all guests are required to submit the form, so please download it from the accommodation contract on our website and submit it to the front desk on the day of check-in.
Can I add breakfast even if I didn't book a plan with breakfast included?
For same-day use, we prepare seats with à la carte menus depending on availability, as it is a completely advanced reservation system. If you purchase a breakfast ticket (set menu) by the day before, it is available for sale at the front desk for 2,000 yen.
If I cancel my reservation, will a cancellation fee be charged?
If you use the normal plan, cancellation or no-show on the day of stay will result in 100% cancellation fee, and 80% for the day before the stay. * If you use a non-refundable plan, etc., cancellation is generally not allowed, so please check the accommodation plan.
Do you have a parking lot?
You can park at the multilevel parking lot for 2,500 yen per night. Therefore, we ask guests to provide their vehicle type, height, weight, width, and length after making a reservation. Please prepare your vehicle registration certificate and make a phone reservation after making a reservation. On the day of arrival, we will check your vehicle registration certificate for safety and then park your car. Please bring your vehicle registration certificate and notify the front staff.
Can I post photos or videos taken inside the hotel on social media, etc.?
We ask that you refrain from taking photos in the hotel's public spaces or using photos taken in the hotel for commercial purposes without the hotel's permission, as stated in our rules and regulations. Even with permission, please be mindful of other guests' privacy and take appropriate measures such as blurring or cropping their images before sharing them on social media or with third parties.

Approximately 7 minutes from Asakusa Station A exit on the Tsukuba Express Line, 12 minutes from Asakusa Station A4 exit on the Toei Asakusa Line, and 10 minutes from Asakusa Station A4 exit on the Ginza Line.

There is a Lawson convenience store located about a 1-minute walk from the hotel.
